Pisces Moon Rundown + Other Planet Action

The Pisces SuperMoon on March 10, 2024 calls on us to reach well below the surface to uncover what really motivates us, what’s that pull that can drive us forward? But don’t think about it too hard, much of this moon is also about fluidity, mystery, beauty and dreaming beyond the limitations our thinking has set in reality.

This Moon is also hanging out with the Sun in Pisces, so hold on tight for a rollercoaster of emotional depth. We will all be experiencing some sense of heightened emotions, so play nice and have patience.

On top of all that we also have Uranus doing a thing, that crazy girl. Uranus is known for bringing the unknown, often times by surprise. The best thing we can do is to connect back to our natural elements, touch some dirt, go for a walk, embrace music and art, and focus on grounding your energy. The more grounded you are, the better you’ll be able to handle whatever chaos comes up.

We also have Venus doing a little dance into Pisces towards the end of the new moon cycle, so it’ll be important to listen to your intuition and note how your feeling. But it’s not the best time for taking any action or making decisions about your romantic life. Also wait 72 hours before buying anything large or important 🙂

 

New Moon Ritual / Offering

Tools:

  • Candle or Incense
  • A glass of water that you’ll drink
  • A designated fire safe space, such as your altar

Steps:

  • Cleanse your energy & space – you can shower, use a sage/palo santo stick, just spritz water around, whatever works for you.
  • Do a grounding chord meditation
  • Create your intentions for this next moon phase year — then turn those into affirmations.
    • example:
      • Intention -“I will challenge my own “limitations”
      • Affirmation – “The limitations I accept are the limitations of my reality. My dreams are my reality. Everything that is best for me has arrived”
  • Carve your candle with the moon symbol, thinking about your affirmation(s) then light it.
  • Then grab your glass of water and speak your intentions into the water 3 times and drink the water knowing that you are absorbing your intentions and affirmations.

Optional Journal Prompts:

  • What ideas, concepts, or dreams do I need to fully believe in to create the reality I dream of?
  • Should I seek Chelsea out to further my sense of self-knowledge and confidence? (lol, jk, but really its an option‍)
  • What affirmation makes me uncomfortable to say out loud to myself? — I challenge you to say this to yourself everyday.
  • What does my body need? What things can I do to support my overwhelmed nervous system that doesn’t require frivolous spending? (hint: the lymphatic tips in the newsletter :-P)

 

In summary, so much of our current planetary energy over the past 5-10 years is calling us back into our bodies. Generally speaking, the wellness narrative that’s been coming from holistic practitioners is about checking-in with our systems. The constant stimulation we live through everyday plus the amount of news we intake everyday can completely draw us away from focusing and regulating our systems. This is one of the main reasons I wanted to offer a chance to Moonscape your life. Its a system that can offer wholeness, and connection through a simple practice.

Self Care… what an over-used term, but it holds such a massive weight within our internal systems and regulation of our cells. Acknowledging our collective grieving as we bare witness to a genocide unfolding before us, and the million other things that leave us feeling utter despair– through that acknowledgment, we owe it to ourselves to acknowledge that our systems weren’t originally designed to take in this much news, we’re all on overload. While taking action on these atrocities is 100% something we should make space for, we must also take action for our own wellbeing.
